I thoroughly enjoy Julia Rugosa’s class. Every time it’s different and nuanced , good energy and flow . Never the same twice. Great music which adds to the overall whole being experience. Also time for meditation and reflection. Highly recommend.

Before working with Julia I didn’t think yoga was for me. I’ve always loved high energy workouts and didn’t think I could be “zen.” After taking my first class with Julia I was surprised at what a workout it was! My muscles moved in a way that they haven’t before and it was surprisingly easily to feel at peace. And she makes it fun! Julia is so welcoming and full of smiles and laughs. She is a truly gifted instructor!

I love how Julia combines yoga with meditation during her class. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Julia also took the time to discuss my own personal issues at the end of our yoga class and give me specific tips for helping my IT band issue, which was so nice and has helped a lot since!

Julia was present with me (and every guest) and truly has the gift of holding space. She is also very knowledgeable about the roots of yoga and connecting spiritual practices to everyday life.
