About Dshon
I've trained every type of person you can think of b/c I wanted to learn everything I could. I further my knowledge with more certified like the Spartan SGX, Life/ Wellness Coach certifications. I'm in school currently to be a physical therapist so that I can reach my full potential as a fitness guru.
My type of Personal training not only adds a physical training component but also a mental and emotional aspect to because we can train our bodies to achieve the results we want but if we don't educate are minds on why we do what we do we'll never reach are full goal.
I started off as a personal trainer. I've been coaching for about 5 years. Over time I wanted to help my clients with more than just fitness. So I got into wellness coaching. To help my clients with overall Lifestyle changes.
I'm a NASM Certified personal trainer.

About the lesson

First we start off with a free consultation. During the consultation we go over your goals, diet, fitness experiences, weight, height, etc. for about 30 mins. After that we put together a FIT plan to reach your goal. We spent another 30 mins working out so that you can get a feel for the training style that I teach and for you to see what structured fitness looks like.
As a Wellness/ Life Coach and Personal Trainer.
I've worked with every type person you can think of for example families, depression, job change, behavior change, diet, weight loss, sel realization, spiritually, etc
Awareness is the greatest trait we have as human beings. With awareness of self comes true changes if you choose it to be.
