About Jello
We are Meisner-based acting studio that started in a living room in Beijing with a group of film makers and actors. It's been running for many years mostly for film actors, directors, writors .etc. Since 2019 we started openning to people who want to get into acting in an organic, deep and authentic way to explore on this journey. we will bring special guests once in a while infusing different topics and techniques. We welcome everyone to join The Place Studion to embark on an authentic self discovery journey.
I went to New York film academy for acting program and continued studying acting in Victory theatre and other acting studios for a decade before started teaching in Beijing at my The Place Studio and Shanghai Vencouver Film Academy in 2015. A well trained bunch of actors and film makers formed a professional and creative community for everyone to explore and grow over the years.
