About Francesca

Hello! I am a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Somatic Therapist, and energy healer. I also do chakra balancing, bioenergetics, and resistance flexibility training for mind/body vitality and fitness. I am trained a unique combination of practices to meet the varying needs of my clients. You will be challenged when needed and you will be relaxed when desired. My ultimate goal is to unleash the infinite potential of people to live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives. This came to me a few years ago when I began to see people in my corporation fall victim to apathy and anger. I decided to go back to school to change that. I love every aspect of the practices I teach. I have seen so many people transformed because of the work I do. Whether it be flexibility, strength, fitness and overall vitality or stress reduction and trauma mitigation. I see people's lives change for the better because of our efforts.

I was a VP of Strategic Planning and Strategic Program Management. My specialty was understanding human behavior and what would come as a result of changing times. 4 years ago I noticed a few trends that were compelling. I followed these trends as they became mega-trends and then actual "movements." These trends were about "consciousness" building, senses and intuition, and philosophy for living. I was thrilled by them and the potential they held for making the world better. So I left my job to learn practices that did just that. I doing so I changed my life and these practices became my vocation.

I'm a certified Life & Executive Leadership coach as well as a certified coach in Mastery Mindset which applies to life goals and mastery of the aspects that make your life the finest you can envision and create. I'm also a certified somatic therapist/chakra therapist and this removes physical and associated mental blocks that may be holding you back. These two modalities work hand in hand and create the fastest route to success. I'm also a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and its goal is to is to create physical and mental strength. Finally, I am a Reiki master and teacher and SNR healer. I use Reiki and SNR for healing/recovery and for pain management.

About the lesson

I take a holistic approach to fitness in mind, body, and life. Therefore I've created a proprietary methodology that works not only for your immediate needs but also for long-term - making your body healthy and your mind positive, so you have many choices to act, rather than react (which creates stress). First, we uncover your health fitness and/or life goals, the things that make you satisfied, vitalized, happy, and excited. Second, we determine goals that affirm what you value. Third, we co-create an approach to assure that your fitness plan is aligned with your health objectives and life values "every day in every way." These values are the key to your purpose and guide the choices you make in life, work, and relationships of every kind. This all contributes to the overall quality of your life and pursuits.

I work with all kinds of students. As a marketer, I have experience with all kinds of demographics. As a coach/therapist, I have the education to work with a wide swath of people.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

Ask for credentials and certifications. These are so important! With a certified teacher, you will get farther faster and you'll avoid injury. Ask questions so you have a good idea of what a teacher offers and what you will be able to achieve. Personally, my students have found that my planning documentation assures we hit all we have laid out and beyond.

Details

My pricing is dependent on the engagement and a client's goals. My standard single appointment rate for a blend of the physical services (with some coaching) is $150 for 75 minutes and $210 for 90 minutes. I do offer weekly, monthly, "per goal" packages. NOTE: My standard coaching rate is generally $250.00 for an hour, which is the industry standard. I also offer packages for longer-term coaching engagements.
