About Sheila

I'm a clinically trained Social Worker as well as a Certified Life Coach; I'm a trained energy healer as well as a spiritual adviser

Mentoring my clients in personal growth and empowering them to create the life they envision possible

I've always been a teacher: as a Life Coach, I'm a teacher of life skills, mindset and perspective choices, and empowerment mentor for my clients clarifying what it is they want in their lives, then creating a game plan for achieving their goals.

I have earned a Master's Degree is Clinical Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work; have extra training in Family Systems Theory and Practice with Virginia Satir; have Certification as Life Coach from the Empowerment Training Institute with David Gerson and Gail Straub; have Certification in Spiritual Life Coaching from the Conversations with God Foundation, from Neale Donald Walsch. Was Staff Coach for Neale Donald Walsch's "Life Skills Programs" for over five years.

About the lesson

First, I offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. Second, I suggest an in-person two-hour "Discovery Conversation" in which we explore and assess together what it is the client is seeking and how I can provide what the client needs and want from a coach.

After the "Discovery Conversation" I recommend the client chooses from one of several options of coaching packages, as an investment in his/her future growth and discovery of Self and resolution of the life challenges they are experiencing. Our work can be either in person or vitual: either on the phone or via Skype or Zoom.

Adolescents and adults motivated to learn and grow

If you are willing to remain curious about what life is about for you, if you are willing to consider that life is always happening FOR you and not TO you, if you are open-minded to the thought that the Universe wants you to win and always has your back, then we can begin to work together as you seek to use every single obstacle and challenge in front of you as grist for the mill in learning and growing in your life.
