About Dana

I have led a very tapestried personal and professional life. I use my experience as a way to understand the trials of others, offering honest and fluid conversation as a path to insight and shift. We focus on today and tomorrow- visiting the past only to recognize, not to analyze.

Coaching & Consulting are typically short term, action-oriented experiences- a partnership whereby Client and Coach/Consultant are equals working together towards the Client's vision for their life.

I am most passionate about working with men and also with couples. I specialize in the dynamics of relationships, separation, divorce, transition and loss.

After living through Hurricane Michael, I was once again reminded that everyone has their version of a hurricane- something that engages us to refer to oursleves as victim, survivor, or "thriver". With perspective, we can rewrite any story of our life in this way.

I believe (truly) that my layered life is what serves me best in my practice. However, throughout my life, I have also had key positions whereby the "tools" that I access were able to be developed, i.e. as a Human Resource Director, specifically, where mediation and support were key aspects of my responsibility. I also sought out a recognized Life Coaching Training Program, to became formally certified in 2019.

About the lesson

For new clients, I always offer an intial session whereby we can openly discuss what brings them to a Life Coach. It's an opportunity for them to see if it's a fit. There is no charge and no obligation, ever.
