About the lesson

I am happy to do an introductory session, but ask that students commit to 4 coaching sessions, as it is a process over time. We can work by phone, Skype, or in person in my office.

I have worked with both male and female clients, in both life coaching and career coaching. This also includes relationship coaching. Ages have ranged from late 20's to 60's.

Speak with someone that you are considering coaching with for a few minutes by phone to see if you connect well. I am happy to do this for new clients, at no charge. We can discuss what goals you have, and the approach we will take to work together.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do you expect to get out of coaching? How would you like your coach to interact with you? How will you know that coaching is successful for you?
