About Aimee
A synthesis of 30 years of practice and 20 years of full time teaching Yoga. If you are stuck in your body and want change I can help show you the way through your resistence. There is always room for change, we just need to know how to learn how to follow the cues of our own body and the universal laws for the potential for change.
I love teaching and educating people on the true unlimited potential of the human body at any age and stage of life.
I began studying Art History in College and was fascinated by East Asian Art. I began studying and reading everything I could about Yoga and Eastern Medical Practices for Longevity. Eventually I was asked to teach at a studio after I attended some classes. The rest is histroy her I am 30 years later sharing my passion for staying youthful and aging gracefully.

I have worked with all ages & abilities and specialize in chronic pain, pre & post op surgery, and recovery.
Ages 50 - 100
Look for a teacher with a lot of teaching experience and who has experince teaching your age group
