Knowledgeability: Years of experience with fitness and wellness, plus being a people person has given me a unique perspective on how to counsel, advise, and coach people.

1. Have been in/around fitness over 20 years

2. Certified fitness professional (ISSA)

1. Ask questions about them, their tastes, their goals in fitness

2. Establish a regimen that can be followed/completed anywhere

3. Tweak the plan/regimen according to needs/events

4. Client must know that they can hate the journey but love the destination.
