Hello, my name is Carol. I am a Professional Life Coach with a background in psychology, behavioral therapy and christian ministry.

Life coaching is similar to counseling except a life coach focuses on getting you from where you are now to where you want to be, in any or all areas of your life. Counseling revisits your past in an attempt to heal past hurts as oppose to coaching wish solely focuses on your future and works on correcting limiting beliefs, habits and thoughts that may have been caused by your past. A life coach works to assist you in unlocking your true potential and motivation to live a satisfying, healthy balanced life.

Coaching Options:

*Professional life Coaching: Positive psychology emphasis using professional life coaching skills and exercises to get you to reach yours goals.

Christian/Spiritual Life coaching sessions or inter-denominational. You will get all the benefits of Professional Life Coaching with integration of spiritual/faith-based perspective to empower you to reach your life goals.

Health and wellness coaching: I am a certified personal trainer, I have seen clients workout with me three times a week and then go home and crash their diets or stop working out when they no longer have a personal trainer. I FIND THAT THEY WERE NOT MENTALLY STRONG ENOUGH TO GET THE HEALTHY FIT life they desired. SO I developed a coaching program were I use my professional life coaching skills and coaching exercises to mentally motivate you to make a plan of health and wellness for your life, to lose weight and exercise. We will meet for 1-hour a week through teleconference and develop a customized health and wellness plan for your life , identify limiting thoughts and beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors and thoughts, and replace them with positive ones. It is a fascinating thing our minds but every action begins with a thought. THIS IS THE REASON WHY DIETS DON'T WORK and fitness goals/videos and gyms can't keep you interested. You need a personal trainer for your brain! Lets change your thoughts to change your life and get you fit and healthy.

Life coaching lessons offered by Carol are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Warren Air Force Base. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
