About Jessica

I have spent the past 5 years, using an incredibly wide variety of techniques from movement, to weaving, to pure stillness to achieve a meditative state. In every act of my life, my goal is to be fully present and mindful to the signs my body gives me about the information I am processing from around me. My technique depends mainly upon the client, and usually is your self-discovered creative way to face things that give you the most anxiety. I was labeled as many things as a child, and later found through my own self discovery, that I am "extra sensory" which means I take in information through my senses at an incredible rate and intensity. I feel many artists are this way, hence ability to have a fine "eye" or "ear", and have had to develop my own stress release regimins to be able to work with so many people and in so many ways as an artist and teacher.

There is nothing more satisfying than creating a space where people can explore their deepest dreams and breakthrough their most difficult barriers by just releasing, creating, or just being without judging themselves. I have always had a special way with people, and loved just being there to support and encourage them in finding different perspectives in their lives.
