About Lola
Hi! My name is Lola, and I am currently a student at Colby College studying Economics: Financial Markets and Spanish. I graduated from The Blake School and currently have a 3.98 GPA in college. I work as a microeconomics tutor and teaching assistant, and I also did very well on the ACT, so I’m familiar with effective test prep strategies and study techniques.
I’m a patient, supportive, and organized tutor who focuses on helping students truly understand material rather than just memorize it. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs and work to make sessions encouraging, productive, and confidence-building. I tutor subjects including economics, math, Spanish, writing, study skills, and ACT prep, and I genuinely enjoy helping students succeed.
