About Daniel

I was the apprentice to Hollywood make-up artist Joe Blasco for over twenty years. I worked in the classrooms in both hollywood, California and Orlando, Florida assisting union make-up artists in teaching future professional make-up artists prepare to work in the motion picture and television industry. I also worked in the lab making Joe Blasco Cosnetics.

I studied Professional Makeup Artistry at Joe Blasco Makeup Centers. I also assisted in teaching at the Orlando, Florida school as well as the Hollywood , California school for 3 years. I worked and studied extensively under the owner Joe Blasco and I still work and assist him currently. I started working with Joe Blasco in October 1996 and I continue to work with him and will soon begin manufacturing the cosmetics line .

About the lesson

First I will find out what it is they want to learn. Some women wear very little to no make-up and may want to learn how to conceal discoloration under and around the eye area and not see the make-up while others may want to learn how to do a prom make-up or for those that want to learn how to do the most popular make-up in television and morion picture there is the clean beauty make-up which is 100% correction. The clean beauty make-up is considered to be the most difficult make-up to do because you are placing products in key areas throughout the facial structure to reflect and absorb light which mean push areas in and pull other areas out only where needed. Your photographs especially for brides will be flawless. They will have a porcelain appearance in there wedding pictures and they will not be washed out because of the flash or strobes that photographers commonly use. Understanding how to properly base match is the most important part of all makeups and that is the first thing I will teach everyone who wants me to teach them. I learned from the best makeup artist in the world and he has past students that have academy awards because of studying under him.
