Added to his ability to ascertain what skill level I am at, and then designing a fitness regimen specifically for ME to help me grow stronger, physically and mentally, at each of my training sessions. I am stronger and fitter now, than at ANY other time in my life!

I had my three children attend, two boys and a girl, and master Littlefield was able to have them build their confidence. My daughter who started at 4 became a different person when she entered the training room, and my son's showed an awareness of their ability to defend themselves if necessary. Master Littlefield didn't waste any time during practice, the students were always eager to listen and follow his training. I wish we had remained in Ithaca to continue working with him.
