Awesome trainer and I've trained with a few but his way of teaching is very technical and conditioning is top knotch, I've trained with coach Ed for years back in Honolulu and when I visit Nevada I continue my training with him.

I've been a student in Honolulu for over 10yrs when coach Ed was still living on Oahu, unfortunately he moved to Nevada but can't say enough about his method of teaching, he does techniques over and over till each student understands what he/she is doing and I've been in the best shape of my life since meeting him! 🤙
