About Troy
My name is Troy Logan and I am the Founder/CEO of Strike First Fitness, Inc., an elite Self-Defense and Personal Safety Training corporation. Our company specializes in the areas of personal safety and self-defense. Our motto is “Get Home Safe!”
Our services include self-defense and personal safety workshops, seminars, classroom instruction, public speaking, team building exercises, fitness exercises, etc.,.We offer all manner of schedules to our clients from daily and weekly classes to periodic seminars available on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
We have a diverse group of current clients that include Georgia Institute of Technology, World Changers Ministries, Boy Scouts of America, Keller Williams Realty, Peach State Insurance, etc.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you the possibility of providing your organization with one of our self-defense seminars or classes. Our seminars include "Me Too", "Bully Proof", "College Safety", "Senior Safety", and "Lunch & Punch" for organizations and corporations. You will find my seminars to be educational, informative, fun, and life-changing.
We are able to travel to your location or your group can train at our location.
I started in my first karate class at age 5.
