About Dong

I'm a passionate martial artist that strives for disciplined training through Taekwondo and fitness. I'm an assistant national team coach for Team USA and travel the world seeking knowledge both in sport and art. I'm willing to teach and train anyone who has the desire to improve oneself and go to highest level in competition and training in general.

I enjoy seeing confidence built in kids who had none, I take pride in seeing adults learn skills to defend themselves, I see first hand students who get in shape and develop the discipline to continue to maintain and reach there goals.

Over 20 years teaching and coaching experience

6th degree certified World Taekwondo black belt, assistant national team coach for USA Taekwondo and vice president of Texas State Taekwondo.

About the lesson

Setting goals, going through a basic evaluation process to see where the person is at physically and mentally to start the process of being the best you can be.

4 years to 60 years

Olympic athletes to weekend warriors.

Perfect! Just had my first lesson with Dong Lee and it was AWESOME!!!! He is really patient, timely and very nice. I can definitely tell that he is going to strengthen my technique in boxing and that is exactly what I'm looking for. Excited for next my lesson.

Perfect! I was sweating bullets. Just one class, and I was feeling it. I learned the fundamentals of how to fight and practiced getting my form down. The instructor is great and really works with you to perfect down your moves. Just from one class I know I want to continue learning and am looking foward to my next session. I highly recommend classes here
