About Paul
We teach self-defense, kung fu forms both empty hand and weapons, and Chinese kung fu techniques. We also teach lion dance which reinforces and complements our kung fu training. Students also learn both Chinese culture and health cultivation. We accept anyone ages 6 to 60. The school has been opened since 2010. Our self defense system is a striking art using both legs and arms which is a full body workout.
...it is a long story but really from a bad partnership with another martial arts teacher.
I learn from master Chiu Chi Ling who is my teacher. He has schools all over the world. I have permission to open this school from him.

We have a school in St Ann that we recommend all students to go there. We have the soft mat, punching bags, and the space to work out. We have group classes that start at specific time each week. check our website to get the class time.
we have both kids and adults in our regular classes.
You need a well rounded teacher who is not only teaching you how to fight. It may not be good for your health this way. We also add cultural activities to balance out the program.
Come to the lion dance events, it is an art by itself.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If you want self defense, there are a lot of different martial arts out there that can meet your goal. Open up your mind, accept other disciplines of martial arts.
