About Sam
My 20 plus years in martial arts experience enables me to train students in such a way that creates efficient results with balance, flexibility, strength, self defense, and self esteem.
To help students achieve goals with self defense, discipline, and confidence.
I was asked to be an instructor because of my knowledge and experience.
I have trained in TaeKwonDo, Karate, Thai Boxing, Boxing, and Jiujitsu. Iam an AKA certified instructor and black belt. My acalades include 7 time national championships and 1 international title. I have been lucky enough to teach students worldwide about proper techniques in mixed martial arts and traditional self defense.
