If you are looking to be healthy and have fun than you will enjoy martial arts and strength and conditioning. Smashing pads is one of the best workouts available, or grapple with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques for a full body work out. If you are looking to exercise the mind and have fun than learning music is the perfect creative idea. It’s always a good time to learn music and if you love the sound of guitar (acoustic, electric, ukulele) why not learn one of the coolest instruments. Or, get a challenging mental and physical workout banging on the drums.

17 yrs guitar and drums in various bands and genres: rock, metal, worship, reggae, hip hop. WNMU BS in Interdisciplinary Expressive Arts. Trained martial arts for 8 yrs including BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, MMA, Boxing.

Look for someone who is patient and loves what they do and is knowledgeable and humble and still learning with an open mind.
My first professional MMA fight was forever memorable to me because it was a major transition in my life and all my hard work was being shown. Many of my friends and family and past students I had worked with came to support me and I won in dominant fashion
