About Nigel
Hello, I'm Nigel Partee. I'm an American Academy on Exercise personal trainer and group exercise instructor. My back ground is more than 16 years as a law enforcement and security defensive tactics instructor. I have served for 8 years as an Ajunct Physical Education Instructor at St. Louis Community College. I obtained a second degree black belt prior to all of this. I have experience teaching Basic Fitness, Karate, Judo, Kick-Boxing, Self-Defense, Weightlifting, and several other specialized areas.
I'm able to cater training to your needs and goals.
