Certified personal trainer. 5th degree black belt American Kenpo, 4th menkyo Japanese jujitsu, 4th menkyo Japanese karatejutsu. 3rd level Flac womens self-defense Instructor. 3rd level Senior self defense instructor for SDS. Certified fitness instructor.3rd level certified ISA defense instructor. 3rd level certified Kids International Defense Instructor. I have developed both personal self defense systems and fitness training programs for all ages with huge results and success. I have been doing this for over 20 years.
I view each persin as a complete indiviual and train them as such. I bring extraordinary training to ordinary people.

We cilmb every hill together..and jump every hurdle together until we have both reached a new heights of self improvement.
