About Santosh
As a Structural Engineer, owing to my career I learned unique ways of problem solving and I can apply them to my tutoring techniques. This will make learning MATH fun as it is supposed to me.
I really enjoy explaning the basics on MATH in detail and using real life examples to make MATH more easier to grasp. As I kid who used to be intimated with Math I learned ways to overcome math and enjoy it . I want to impart the techniques I used to understand math and hope to make Math learning more enoyable.
I started volunteering with Encrops STEM teachers programs as a MATH tutor since 2021. It brings be satsifaction knowing that I am helping someone learn math.

For the first session, I spend time knowing what the student's expectaions are and where they stand with respect to the help they need. Once I identify the areas they need help with, I prepare material to go over the basics of that topic and then progress further into complex problem solving techniques.
I have worked with 6th grade student with the Encops STEM program. At work, I have the opportunity to teach employess with Masters degress in Structural Engineering.
I noticed that professionally I had to learn most of the stuff myself by researching to do a task. I strongly believed that teaching somone how to do a task will make them more efficient and can improve the workflow process. This made to take a keen interest in teaching employees at work. This transionited into teching students Math.
I picked up skiing recenlty and enjoyed hittng the green run slopes at Copper mountain.
