About Piere
Years in Business: 5 years
Experience, Education, or Training: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and have completed specialized training in educational techniques for one-on-one and small group tutoring. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with students ranging from middle school to college-level, helping them build confidence and mastery in math.
What I Love About My Work: I love seeing the “aha” moment when a student finally understands a concept they’ve been struggling with. Helping students realize their potential and develop problem-solving skills is incredibly rewarding.
What Makes My Business Stand Out: My tutoring approach is personalized—every student gets a learning plan tailored to their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I focus not just on getting the right answer, but on understanding the process so students can apply their knowledge independently.
Special Skills or Methods: I use a combination of visual aids, real-world examples, and interactive problem-solving exercises to make math relatable and engaging. My unique method, called the “Step-by-Step Concept Mapping,” breaks down complex problems into manageable pieces, making even the toughest topics approachable and less intimidating.
