About Paul

I love to learn, which is why I love teaching. There is no better way to feel inspired when your students learn a new skill.

I enjoy working with students who want to improve their skills and enrich their career and personal life.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a student who was living paycheck to paycheck.

I taught her some basic budgeting skills with the aid of a spreadsheet. I walked her through the process of downloading her last year's banking and credit card transactions to a spreadsheet so she can categorize the expenses (Home, Leisure, Personal, and Auto).

Then we analyzed her spending patterns so she can reduce or eliminate non-essential expenses to boost her savings and ultimately become financially secure.

I have been volunteering and tutoring in classrooms since 2014.

Perfect! After weeks of searching for a Software Consultant on the internet, I found Paul Ma at this website. All other online consultants were almost impossible to coordinate with. Paul responded to my inquiry very timely and offered me his contact information. I was able to connect live with Paul by sending him a Zoom link, and the lesson began!

I found Paul to be very passionate about helping people learn, and extremely knowledgeable with both Excel and Google Sheets platforms. Within a short period of time, Paul helped me create a spreadsheet to keep track of profits and losses for my small business.
