About Jill
As a homeschool mother of three boys, I strive for my children to understand math in ways that I didn't when I was in grade school. Developing number sense has been a big part of making math fun and easy to understand.
Although I have a 4 year degree in Plant Biology, I love teaching math. Establishing what a child understands is key to moving forward. Developing strong foundations, even if that means going backwards a bit, is critical to becoming a strong math student.
I'd love to work with your child and help them see math as fun and not become a stitch in their side.
