About Rajashree

hello

I am a medical professional with a passion to teach. I truly enjoy teaching and interacting with students. I am approachable and friendly and I don't give up easily unless and until my students master their concepts with an ace.

I believe in giving simple yet clinically relevant examples that can help students correlate and thus help them recollect the core concepts in medical subjects better.

Thus, my class is always dynamic and active with interactions and constant 2-way exchange of thoughts and ideas.

The biggest joy is when students are able to connect with you and understand the subject.

I have taught undergraduate students anatomy and physiology and enjoyed the experience.

I started teaching during my medical school years.

I am a medical graduate with post-graduate training in Neurosurgery and have 3 years of clinical research experience in neurological surgery.

Also, I have a masters degree in Neuroscience. and

CUrrently am a Neuroanatomy fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery

About the lesson

First, get information about the student like what class is this for and what the student wants to pursue as a career goal. with this background info, focus on goal-directed teaching. Take constant feedbacks to ensure the student is on the same wavelength. finally, ask the student to apply this knowledge to test if the student has understood the concept completely.

Undergraduates and

Teacher should be able to connect at the same wavelength as you are and should be able to inspire the student to work harder and achieve higher success.

Someone with sound knowledge and better communication skills

My recent birthday was special. all my friends and few of my students had given me a surprise cake in the lab where I work as a fellow. Great feeling to be remembered by all.
