About VLADIMIR
I measure my success by students' growth.
I teach medical terminology in connection with anatomy. This is how students will understand, not just memorize terms.
Most of my students pass registration tests on the first try.
I have been teaching medical terminology to postsecondary students since 2007 in College of Westchester in NY and Lincoln Technical Institute in Massachusetts.
The school I graduated invited me as a teacher.
I am a cardiovascular sonographer and a registered Pharmacy Technician

1. Explain, why it is necessary to use Medical Terminology.
2. Start with analysis and creation of the medical terms.
3. Study medical terms of each system (skeletal, muscular, circulatory, etc.)
4. Theory and practice in writing, reading and saying medical terms.
5. Frequent assessments to motivate students.
I worked with high school graduates and people who were changing their careers.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology is important and instrumental to non-medical professionals, especially, during COVID-19. It is necessary to understand medical professionals speaking about the pandemy.
Medical Terminology is a language. Make sure you will be taught how to speak, read and write.

I think, first, students have to define the goal, why they need the class and how they are going to use the knowledge.
