About Leisa

My meditation utilizes Movement, Mindful Meditation and Moon Phase. The three together make a powerful, life changiing difference in your life.

I enjoy helping others realize their fullest potentials. Meditation is fine tuning the body. I show people how to tap into what is available to us all by easy techniques that require no tools but yourself.

It naturally evolved.

I have studied meditation since I was a young child. I had a natural innate ability of knowing the art of meditation through my own intuitive nature. I have taught skilled professionals to use my techniques within their own meditation structure.

Meditation is a skill that all can learn if simply one can see how it can easily be implemented into your day with your usual and customary actions and that it's like breathing, it's natural and required to keep your body fine tuned.

About the lesson

I show them how to implement meditation into their daily life through my own methods of the Three M's. Movement, Mindfullness and Music.

I instruct my own methods of using psychology, with the senses simultaneously and break my workshop down into three parts. My instruction shows them how to be their own meditation specialist for their own bodies.

All kinds of people and cultures including other teachers of meditation
