About Alexis

I founded the Center for Massage in 1992 and have worked in the field of wellness for over 26 years.

I am a Certified Mindfulness Coach, Certified Chopra Center meditation teacher, and Grief Recovery Specialist.

I enjoy coaching and teaching students how to live their best life with less stress andmore well-being. I love sharing all the skills and modalities I have learned.

I started teaching to help my clients continue to improve their well-being

I am a Holistic Health Practioner, Certified ICF mindfulness life coach, Certified Chopra Center Meditation Teacher, Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist.

About the lesson

I work one on one with students in person or on Zoom. My sessions are a full 60 min. With support through the week by email, text, or Voxer.

I have worked with a wide range of students.

I think it is important that the teacher has their own personal experience -lived experience. This is important when learning mindfulness and meditation or Grief Recovery
