About Chad
I will be starting the second year of speed and agility in wylie for the summer. This is my 16th year of coaching in Mesquite ISD. I am the Middle School athletic coordinator and I spend the majority of my time developing students to become better people at school and in the community. The rest of the time I am developing good habits and technique as my athletes continue to work towards excelling in athletics. I emphasize a solid foundation of proper technique in footwork in speed, agility and proper athletic stances for all sports.
I went to school for teaching and coaching.
I have been a teacher and coach for 16 years. I have been structuring off seasons for developing sports performance during in season and offseason trainings. I have worked with 7-18 year olds through that time with my son and varsity athletes.

When working with a new student you have to evaluate what part of sports performance they need to improve on. The goal is to become a better athlete to perform better in their sport of interest.
I've worked from 8-18 year olds. I have worked with my son's baseball/soccer teams and my school's sport teams (middle school- varsity).

Details
All sessions are done as a group to maximize rep and rest time. I am not about huge numbers so all the athletes get to maximize time.
$20 per speed and agility session/hr
$25 sports specific/hr
summer sessions will be priced differently
