About Tasha

Hi! I'm Tasha, the artist behind Kinti Craft! I am beyond thrilled to share my passion with you! I have over a decade of experience in jewelry design. My class offerings include Micro macrame, Wire wrapping for beginners, and Macrame hangings and plant hangers.

I am happy to come to you, have zoom sessions, or invite you into my home on weekday evenings. I'll bring all the materials that we need for the lesson, and I'll share my favorite places to purchase materials to practice with in your spare time.

I love teaching my passions to others. Teaching has always been something that has come easily to me, especially when it's something that I am passionate about. I care about my students and want to help them achieve their wildest dreams.

So far I have taught macrame to one group of twelve adults. It was so much fun and so great for me to look at this art of mine through the eyes of a beginner. I may have learned just as much as my students. Everyone had a great time and took a beautiful creation home with them.

Outside of teaching jewelry, I taught preschool for three years, and have been working with children ever since. I'm a child at heart and have a special connection with kids of all ages.

About the lesson

I would start by finding out what you already know and building from there. Macrame and wirework both build on themself, so we will always start at the lowest point and climb upwards. I love to know your goals so that we have something to work towards.

My only advice is to find someone with who you connect with. Someone who cheers you on believes in you and helps you find your own passion through art.
