About Rachel
I am an intuitive artist, meaning I create art for people that is based on feelings I get from that person and their energy. I also teach others how you can heal yourself through creating art and I remind people that they are amazing and creative beings.
I love bringing creativity out in people! As human beings we were born to create and so many of us believe that we are not "creative" or "artistic". I am here to help remind people of how creative they really are and to show them that when you let go of how you think things should be, you can be free to explore parts of yourself you may never have known existed.
The art that I do is all about healing and expressing those things that you cannot express in words and I believe that is what resonates with people. I was asked if I would be willing to share my process and in so doing I found that helping others to heal themselves through art is what I want to do. It is so incredible to watch a person learn and grow right before your eyes. More people need to know about this way of healing so that is why I decided to start teaching.
I have always loved creating beautiful things even as a child. My years as an instructor and crafter for Michael's has broadened my crafting abilities, but it was my love of paint and color that set me on the path to becoming an artist. I have been painting for over a decade now and find so much joy in teaching others to find their inner artist.

Discuss what their intention is for learning, any prior skills, and what they hope to take away from the lesson. Then I go over materials, short rundown of processes that we will be using and any other info they may need. I start each painting by having the student set an intention for the piece, then pick colors to use, mix the colors, attach feelings to each color and then step back and let the student put color to canvas.

Did t know I could paint, all I needed was guidance and now I am a successful artist with confidence, thanks, sold my first piece for 200$
She guided me through every step of the process making sure I knew what to do next for every detail. Rachel also helped me to pick the colors ensuring that the art therapy aspect of it was taken into consideration
