About Ana
I’ve been a Pilates instructor for almost 20 years and have worked with pregnate clients, celebrities, injured and the elderly.
i also have extensive knowledge from dogs to horses. Ive used my training and background to rehabilitate them.
I’ve also worked as a CNA with the elderly. Helping them strengthen their muscles and Work with their balance.
I use my back ground from weight training and cardio Barr to create a unique Pilates workout that is custom to your specific needs.
I love inspiring and watching my clients make progress.
Each and every client I have is not only a client but friend.
I enjoy helping them continue their workouts when in vacation or travel.
I will skpe or FaceTime if they want me too. I’m always available by text.
