About Jessica
My services allow you to work smarter rather than harder. There's no cookie cutter approach for everyone so I create customized programs for each of my clients.
For personal training, I customize effective workouts that can have you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes or less. Training takes place virtually, in your home or gym, or at my private gym, which is sanitized between each session.
For nutrition, I use state of the art technology to determine your body composition and the types of fuel that your body needs.
I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and weight loss specialist.
What I love most about fitness and nutrition is the power to transform your overall self through knowledge and dedication.
My dad was a body builder. He hasn't been able to get me out of the gym since I was 2 years old.

First, I learn about a client's goals. Then, I complete an assessment to determine the client's current fitness and/or nutrition level through self-assessments and practical application.
I had a personal training client who was very frustrated in the beginning because she felt like she was behind the curve. Through progressive instruction and practice, she is not increasingly confident in her abilities. She has eliminated "can't" from her vocabulary and has progressed beyond her own expectations.

Details
Individual personal training sessions: $45 for a 45-minute session; price per session decreases for contractual clients dependent on the number of days per week and length of commitment.
Customized Montlhy Workout Plan: $150 - includes 3 workouts per week and weekly check ins to adjust what is and is not working.
Nutrition Coaching: $35 initial consultation, then $30 per week for progress reviews and check ins
