With Coach Randall I've been able to reach my strength goals. I'm able to do pushups and burpees now and not be out of breath. More importantly, his workouts have helped me shed pounds , build strength and have sustained energy. I'm also more focused on not just knowing the moves but perfecting them. Coach Randall is very knowlegable about fitness and passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals.
