Please note: I ́m very much against any form of BS and I ́m very straightforward. The least you need is someone who doesn ́t share objective and honest opinions for you to gain clarity. I only work with people who are willing and ready to commit and invest in themselves (no one else will do that for you), who are accomplished in one or more areas of their lives (most of the time it ́s career success) but need help and improvement in other areas like health, happiness, stress and anxiety, purpose, passion, alignment, weight loss, communication, relationships, and other life and fitness coaching areas. Don ́t expect a change without making one.
My program is for you:
- If you are a person that values actions instead of words
- If you are a go getter
- If you are a responsibility taker
- If you know what to do but need accountability to actually follow through and stay on track
- If you are able to commit to work hard for your goal and if you are ready to receive real results
This is not for you:
- If you are a complainer and believe that it ́s others peoples fault where you are at in life
- If you are a person who talks a lot but doesn ́t follow through
- If you are overly sensitive
By providing the accountability and support they need, I take people from "wishing" to taking consistent actions that lead to real results. Don ́t dream your life, live it! The only limits that exists are the ones YOU create for yourself.
1-on-1 (Face to Face Meetings or Video Calls) Coaching Plans start at $499/mo. and can go up (depending on your goals and needs) with a 90 day minimum commitment. Nothing changes over night. It usually takes the brain at least 90 days to adapt to changes and new habits. Therefor, I don ́t offer single session bookings simply because isolated actions don ́t lead anywhere. There must be a decision and commitment in order to get the results we want and those don ́t arise from one or two sessions.
When you contact me the following will happen: 1. I will respond within 24-48 hrs. 2. I will send you an assessment and questionnaire form to see if we are a good match. 3. If you qualify for coaching I will set up a free initial session with you where we will assess your situation and I will explain how I work and what your options are to start coaching.
