About Rayshawn
I offer personal training, meal plans, motivation and consultations. My background has been with fitness for year now. Coming from being 115 pounds overweight, I can see how it play a role on your mind and body. Let me help you.
I'm enjoy inspiring others to be their best. It's always a challenge to improve your personal health and physical appearance. My story alone will motive others around me.
My weight loss started from me being extremely overweight. Weighing 307 at the age of 26 was not healthy. I lost over 100 pounds. Something had to change. So that motivated me to live a healthy lifestyle. Which now allows me to help others achieve their goals.

My process is to ensure my client is getting the best over all experience to achieve their goal.
I worked with mainly middle age clients. Some young. I have dealt with clients who came off of weight loss surgery as well.
It's a lot things a student may not know and understand. These are things that I strive for. I love making someone better. I have went through years of ups and downs and studying to know how your body would react to a healthier lifestyle.
