About Scott
Very experienced trainer who has trained hundreds of a wide variety of clients. I genuinely care about my clients and make sure they always get the help and results they are looking for. Very easy going and personal which makes it easy to build a positive rapport with clients. I love what I do and I'm the best at what I do.
Helping people live happier, healthier lives. Also helping people with nagging injuries, aches and pains.
I've been into fitness sincenter the age of 13 and I've never lost my passion for it. I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the years and I've loved helping people live healthier, happier lives.

Start with an initial assessment and screening. Going over workout experience, health history and injury history.
Athletes of all ages, bodybuilders, powerlifters, rehabilitation from injuries, physical therapy, post pregnancy, diabetics, nutrition clients, boxing, my current client bases is between 35-55 years old who want general fitness and nutrition knowledge.
Make sure they have your best interests at heart and make sure they make safety a priority.
