About Alex
My name is Alex, I am a bilingual (English and French) Fitness Professional and Certified Personal Trainer. I come from Switzerland and now live in Colorado Springs. I am ready to coach motivated clients in order to help them reach their fitness goals. I am a Specialist in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and love to customize these types of « ultra efficient » workouts proven to work best for burning undesired body fat while increasing lean muscle mass and improving Athletic performances. I also use « low impact » moderate to high intensity exercices to preserve articulations and joints health.
I will provide you a 100% Personalized Fitness Program and help you to become more confident and efficient during your workouts. You want to build lean muscle? Lose undesired body fat? Tone up? When I receive a coaching inquiry, I organize a Skype discussion with the potential client or meet him/her in person. We usually meet at my gym/studio to discuss goals and talk about the client needs.
Mainly with male in their 50’s, young men and female in their 20’s.
Don’t look for the cheapest coach but the knowledgeable coach you feel confortable with.
