* Two facility locations (Denton and Grapevine)
* Facilities include:
-Chiropractic services
-Sport court ,indoor turf, Weightroom racks, Olympic weights, Sleds, Dumbells and plenty more to mix up your workout routines!
I played football at Denton Guyer (2011-2015) earning two state championships. While playing at guyer I was fortunate enough to be trained by some of the best Strengh and Conditioning coaches in the region, Kyle Keese (Denton guyer) and Bryan Keagans (University of Oklahoma). These guys had a huge impact on my on career, they challenged me mentally and physically. Because I looked up to them as father figures, they influenced me to fall in love with pushing athletes/people achieve their goals through manifestation and work ethic. I love what I do, I enjoy seeing people grow weather it may be physically or mentally. Because I love what I do, I find it easy to have fun, and establish relationships with my clients while still pushing them towards their goals.
