Prices:

$60 per session OR

I offer discounts if you buy in bulk:

10 sessions= $55 per session

20 sessions= $50 per session

-I also offer remote personal training through an app for $250 a month.

I can help anyone that is willing to work hard. I can help a client in one of two ways. One I can help you take your workouts to a new level. I will teach you advanced training techniques and form. If that's all your looking to do and are willing to work hard and be pushed then I'm here to help you. And two I'm looking for people who want to transform there body through nutrition, cardio and workouts. All of which I will guide you along the way and make weekly changes to your diet and exercise program. I specialize in nutrition, cardio programs, adding muscle/strength and fat loss. I will help with meal planning, supplementation, cardio plans and a workout plans to get you to your goal.

I over see 100s of clients a month remote training. That is my main career. In person training is more of a hobby/ passion. So I want to make sure that client/you are going to be a good fit. I built a private gym in my home garage. I have all the equipment that you need and it's completely private. I have a hack squat, leg press, power cage, dumbbells from 5-90lbs, Olympic weights, adjustable cable machine, professional mirrors,t-bar, pull up bars/dip bar/ ab station, seated calf raise, sissy squat, hyper extension bench, deadlift/squat bar, stretching equipment, treadmill, stair stepper, spin bike and more. I can also come to you IF you have a private gym. If I travel to you it is an extra $10 per session. I do this because I love to help people. I only want to take on clients who are going to be a good fit. I know what it takes to make big changes. I will be honest with you and tell you if I don't think I can help you. I will help anyone that's willing to work hard.

I disinfect and wipe down all equipment after each session. My gym is only used by myself and my clients so there is very little foot traffic.
