About Off The
We have hands on experienced in helping others reach fitness goals. When you want a good workout and knowing it’s going to be good quality work we’re the ones to call. Our athletic background also helps puts us over the edge. We’ve all always played multiple sports coming up, basketball, track, football, soccer, weightlifting etc. Thomas Owens was a standout star Wide Out at Florida International University, Brisly Estime was a standout Wide Out and return man at Syracuse University & also was a member of the New York Jets, Fritz Narcisse was one of the best players in Palm Beach county coming out of the 2013 graduating class attended University of South Dakota, & Keiser University. We’ve always had a passion for working out and staying fit not only for our sports but working out and acheiving goals and watching the body transformation is such a beautiful thing! Having gone through the toughest training sessions and learning throughout the years we know exactly what it’s takes to get fit ,get a banging body or become that dominant athlete you want to be. Do hesitate to call, it’s work to be done!

Finding out the goal. Find out what workouts have they done in the past. Find out the things they aren’t able to do and turn them into things they can do!
Put a workout together and then the process begins! I also have my students set small weekly goals all in part of reaching their bigger goal or goals.
Keep a good relationship on and off the training grounds. Motivational messages.

Find someone who truly cares about your gains and losses. Someone with experience is always a great hire.

So far my experience has been great, since day one working out with one of the trainers name Fritz, he has not only been my trainer but also great inspiration, always so positive and pushing me pass what I usually settle for. All in all these guys are great trainers, and willing to work with you if you have a busy schedule. 10/10 I highly recommend.
I love the fit camps! They are challenging but the trainers are always right there pushing and motivating me. Great young men!

Every SATURDAY MORNING AT 9am! We hold 1 hr FIT CAMPS at Barwick Park (735 Barwick Rd, Delray Beach FL 33445) every session is $20.
For athletes & non-athletes with a fitness goal or sports goal.
1 on 1 personal training **$60 every session**
Group sessions You & guest **$15 every session**. (2+)
1 Month trainings - 3 workouts per week
