I love motivating people. I know how hard it can be to get yourself up each day and get exercise in so if I can push someone to be a little more active each day, it is so inspiring to me.

I started in 2016. I worked as an actor and model before that, so I was always into fitness for a hobby and I’ve always had a passion for it. I decided to turn my passion into a career and here I am three years later absolutely loving it.

About the lesson

We go through a consultation form first and then we have a conversation about what kind of program the client is looking for. I then write the programming and implement in through my app for the client.

I have worked with all types of students from seniors to those at an elite fitness level. The program must be design for the client. Not the other way around.
