I’m a former MMA fighter and lifelong athlete specializing in fat loss, boxing conditioning, functional fitness, strength training, and overall health improvement. My coaching style combines boxing-inspired workouts, HIIT, strength training, and cardio conditioning to help clients lose weight, build confidence, improve stamina, and create sustainable fitness habits.
