About JaZeem
It Stands out due to my knowledge when it comes to weight training / body weight training / crossfit and agility training.
Results, im extremely passionate about training and working out but as a trainer it is my job to get you that result, so as i client I expect all work to get done, all meals to be followed down to the small portions, make sure to follow all instructions and most of all don't step outside of the diet that will be tailored to you.

I'm heavy on veganism and getting to the route of issues rather then telling a client to take " XYZ " pills , NO ! There is a reason for stubborn fat, there is a reason for digestive problems, there is a reason for head ahces / mucus / body aches / pains. The world today has made it seem as if these are normal symptoms and they're not. These are signs of a really acidic body rather then one that is akalined and full of true nutrients. However, I DO NOT FORCE veganism / raw veganism on any of my clients, never did and never will. All diets - meal plans are welcomed but it's always an option.
