About Ryan
Slade Fit Club is the perfect blend of being a bigger business with still being a small local company, that started out of the garage. We have a beautiful studio in the heart of Lakeway.
We are the premier semi-private personal training boutique in Lakeway having amassed over 220 5- star reviews across all platforms. We specialize in training people 40+ and our masters in modifying exercise to each client's unique abilities or in-abilities. It doesn't matter where you are starting from!
If you are not familiar with who we are, we have been in business since 2013. Slade Fit Club is not your typical gym - it's really a community. The community is made up of people who are committed to improving their health and fitness by regularly attending classes.
As a fitness competitor LOTS of people asked for my advice and help. It was a passion of mine to not only help them but lots of people.
