About Jon

What makes me stand out is my ability to get anyone motivated, find a love for fitness, and wellness. I teach others how to live a better life and show up for themselves. I'm very understanding and flexible with times. I truly love what I do and seeing other flourish whether it's life or fitness. I have been doing this for over 5 years and can see myself doing anything else. NASM certified with nutrition and personal training. Check me out on Instagram or Facebook for proof.

What got me started was the love of fitness as a gymnast/cheerleader which turned into years of coaching kids and teenagers, then lead me to wanting to teach all ages and help others and share my passion for fitness
