We provide personal training via private training, semi-private training, and small group exercise classes as well as nutrition coaching to help our clients create a sustainable lifestyle and build the body they want.
Sculpt Fitness has been in business since Sept 2019. Our trainers are certified professionals with over +20 years combined experience.

Head Coach David has a masters in nutrition and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. All clients received complementary nutrition coaching with David throughout their journey. Our team of trainers are certified personal trainers each with their own specialities.

After registering for a program, we will have a quick 15 minute conversation called a Success Session. This conversation will help us determine what you want to achieve and if the program you registered for is the best fit.
After the Success Session, you'll be able to go through a free intro session in that program. If you enjoy the session and want to move forward, we'll review everything that's included and onboard you into your program. Onboarding takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
We have worked with clients of all ages and physical abilities helping them lose weight, tone up, build muscle, improve flexibility and balance, and increase strength.
We specialize in helping create sustainable lifestyles to build the body you want.
