About Fern
I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist through ISSA. ISSA is one of the largest and hardest programs to become a Personal Trainer and a Nutritionist. I am CPR and AED certified and fully insured to work in any gym or home in the State of Florida. I have been a Personal Trainer since 1996 and I love every minute of it. I have helped my clients lose weight, eat much healthier and showed each and every one of them what to do and how to accomplish their goals. I help my clients every step of the way. My clients can count on me and they do. They all see and feel a BIG difference in themselves. They all have more strength, a leaner body, they feel so much better about themselves and see it and more importantly feel it. They all have learned from my knowledge so I know I have done my job and I did it well.

First and foremost, I ask them what they are looking for and what their goals are. And I listen.
If it's for Nutrition as well as a Personal Trainer then I do ask for a 3 day food log as well.
I like to workout with each client 3 times a week if possible.
